7 Components

Strength | Speed | Stamina | Suppleness | Skill | Structure | Spirit
S7 represents seven components of Strength & Conditioning we follow when writing and instructing our programs. Strength, Speed, Stamina, Suppleness, Skill, Structure and Spirit.

S7 opened its doors in January 2019 with a vision to provide its members with a professional training structure and a determination to help them reach their goals.

S7 is a non intimidating, all inclusive, welcoming, accessible gym, catering to all abilities.
We provide periodised strength training programs mixed with low impact, high intensity conditioning and boxing/kickboxing sessions. This sets us apart from many gyms who either offer classes or Strength training but rarely both.

The facility caters for athletes and the general public alike. There is no required level of fitness or experience. Kids are encouraged to train at S7 with no age restriction however maturity being important.
