The Perform, Compete and Progress membership types allow you to choose a membership level suited to your needs. Our staff will be avaliable to help you complete correct technique or answers questions about your program during these times. Casual sessions are also offered and great for people training interstate or unable to turn up regularly.
PERFORM
This membership is for those who are dedicated to achieving their goals. It provides unlimited access to all strength sessions and conditioning (cardio) classes.
This membership grants members access to any three sessions per week. It is perfect for those already competing in sport and looking to supplement their training.
This membership grants members under the age of 18 access to a pre agreed amount of sessions per week. Price is per session, capped at $35 per week for more then 3 sessions.
3x sessions 30 minute sessions with set program only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 5-8am or
between 4.30-7.30pm

For the client who doesn't have time to commit to a full membership. Train anytime between the opening hours of Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 30 minutes following a set program. Receive all of the benefits for half your time and price.
We also offer personal training, small group training, mums & bubs sessions and program planning. These are customerised to your needs with personalised attention throughout the session.

Personal Training
Personalised sessions written to cater for client, team or group training goals. Sessions can include:

Combination of any of above. Times varied to suit.
Mums and bubs has no age restriction for baby/toddler. Monday and Friday is strength training, mums will be given a program which will last for 6 weeks focussing on specific movements and progressing through the block. Tuesday and Thursday are low impact conditioning (cardio) sessions aimed at getting your heart rate up in a safe way. Alternative options will be given for those who are unable to do certain movements. Chris is willing to help keep your baby happy so you can get the most out of the session.
Online personal training sessions and personalised programs for those who can't make it to the gym. Written to cater for clients individual needs. This helps you achieve your goals faster.
45 minute or 1 hour personal training session. Consultation with Chris to develop program. Communication with Chris to answer any questions throughout.
