The program will be held over 5 days at S7 Strength & Conditioning from 8am-4pm in the second week of the April School holidays (20th-24th). We will run conditioning (fitness) sessions, educational workshops, strength training and decision making/ball skill drills. Some subjects we will cover include nutrition, correct weight training technique and injury prevention through correct warm-up/cool-down protocols.
The participants will each receive a workbook which contains slides of what we will cover during the week, programs which we will write together and follow, and an added 4 weeks of strength training/Conditioning plus 4 weeks membership at S7.
The program will be run by Christopher Giorgione who is the owner of S7, former vocational education teacher and level 2 ASCA Strength & Conditioning Coach and Dominic Lenarduzzi who is a teacher, level 2 ASCA Strength & Conditioning Coach, and former athlete.
